We want you to love your BÉIS gear, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer a 45-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Refund or Exchange
Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different color, or an instant store credit via a BÉIS Gift Card.
Print and Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, and securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
